The 2nd Fleet ORG is using the Star Trek Online Foundry System to create a continues story for all Officers to participate. To get Information on the missions, click on the mission name on the left hand side and the Mission briefing will show on this (the right) side.
The missions are available to all players in game. You can choose a mission via the mission tab, selecting "available" missions and "community authored". To find the right mission search for the name or the author.
The 2nd Fleet ORG campaigns are typically 3 missions long. It is therefore recommended to also get the "Investigate Officer Reports" Mission (offical mission also rewarding Dilithium.
